Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliveries. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. See shipping policy for more details.
Return Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 21 days of payment for goods without any reason for doing so. Any product may be returned by the original purchaser to Us, within 21 days of the date of purchase for a full price. Provided the product is not Less than half full. The purchasing customer will need to provide proof of purchase Via email provided on EHjars.com along with a picture of the product if used and an explanation or reason for return. Once proof of purchase and or services rendered is received and authenticated the return process will be initiated. Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed by Enchanted Honey.
